Once I import my support document that is an email it gets cropped out. 

Also, the once imported email time stamp changes to 4 hours ahead by itself.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed for correcting the issue?

There’s no setting that I am aware of…  but this is a curious issue you’re having… what is the document type that you’re importing? Can you import the emails as a PDF or screenshot? I usually have very good luck with both.

There’s definitely no setting for that and it shouldn’t be happening, but I could definitely see OCR potentially affecting how this is read?

Have you tried importing without OCR enabled?
