Hi, I am a new user to Datasnipper.

I have in over 2 weeks been in dialog with Datasnipper, as I cannot Invite any users, as I keep getting the error “Error inviting user. Ty again”.

Has anybody gotten had the same problem? I have tried to add 3 different emails, all having an Office 365 license.

There’s quite a few parameters that could affect this that we’ll need to know the license of your account in order to look into.

Have you reached out to our support team directly through support@datasnipper.com? We should definitely be able to help you that way.
