How do you as firm monitor the usage or measure success in your use of DataSnipper?

This is tough, but even if you encourage the use of DS amongst your staff and colleagues, the way one individual might use the tool vs. another could be drastically different even if they’re working on similar projects… to me, what is tracked can be measured… so, asking your colleagues to be diligent with where they used DS now that they didn’t before, and then track what efficiencies or time savings came out of the use of DS now vs. what the effort would have been previously. It's a challenge though. It's tough to monitor usage. And to me, measuring success is first getting people familiar and willing to try something new. 


Interesting topic ​@BronwendeAbreu , I am tremendously biased being a member of the team, but have you brought this up with your Success Manager?

Exact user level usage metrics are available in the Enterprise DS package which you might not have access to, but your Success Manager should definitely be able to help with that at least at the firm level.

I would be very interested to hear what the rest of the community does to measure success.
