I am attempting to Text Snip in Datasnipper and I receive the following error message:

There’s a few reasons why this might be happening and some of them are very easy to solve, some of them require a few more troubleshooting steps.

To start with the easy ones, have you tried any of the below:

  • Restarting Excel/Device
  • Test in a different workbook
  • Update DataSnipper to the latest version (your CSM can get you a link to upgrade to our latest release. If you don’t know who your CSM is, you can DM me the company you work for and I can get you their info)

If you have tried the above and this is still occurring then our support team would be best equipped to help us further on this. Have you reached out to them through support@datasnipper.com?
