There is bug on OCR, DataSnipper OCR is not functioning well, whenever a document is uploaded to snip, it does not recognize the text and it brings this pop up which says that “there is no internet connection contact your IT admin” meanwhile there is. This issue is currently happening to myself and my colleagues at work.

I followed up with the team and they informed me this is something they are aware of and have developed a fix for already.
We expect the issue to be resolved in the next version of DataSnipper (V6.1.16) which should be released this week hopefully (if everything goes as we expect, which ofc is not always the case 😅).

And I am also a big advocate for our auto-updater installations (which just update you automatically), but that’s something to discuss with your CSM directly (not a one-size fits all thing).
