- Prebuilt Agents – A library of 50 ready-to-use agents built by experts (e.g., three-way AP matching, capital additions testing). Duplicate and customize any of them in Agent Builder to fit your methodology.
- Chat into Agent – Turn any Excel Agents conversation into a reusable agent in one click. It saves as a private draft in Agent Builder that you can review, refine, and publish.
- Planning Mode – For complex, multi-step tasks, the agent now reviews your workpaper and documents first, asks up to three clarifying questions, and proposes a plan for you to approve before it executes. Clarifying questions and revisions are free — only running the plan uses a message.
- Voice to Text – Speak your prompts instead of typing. It auto-detects multiple languages and turns speech into editable text before sending.
- Activity log: per-action detail – The log now records one row per action (not per prompt), plus a clickable "Cells Affected" column so reviewers can jump straight to the changed cells. Built to support reviewability/traceability requirements like PCAOB AS 1215.
- View-only role for Agent Builder – Assign users a view-only role so they can browse and run published agents without being able to create or edit them.
- Tags, search, and filters for agents – Organize your growing agent library with custom tags, search by name/description, and filter by tag, status, or creator.
- Consumption Dashboard – A unified view for admins of AI usage across all DataSnipper products, broken down by product and month, with configurable usage-threshold alerts.
