Newcomer of the Year: Jesika Ghale, Independent Audit Services. Months after joining her firm, she picked DataSnipper herself and led the rollout. Engagement time is down by at least 50%, and the firm has won nearly $100K in additional work.
AI Hero of the Year: Jessica La Guardia, Morgan Stanley. She leads the GenAI squad in Internal Audit, rolling out AI tools projected to save 10,000+ hours a year and training 700+ colleagues.
MVP of the Year: Natasha House, Crowe Australasia. After 14 years at Crowe, she took the biggest share of the public vote for the quiet work that keeps a team on track.
