Comments on Word Files

When a Microsoft Word file is imported which has comments included, it reduces the size of the main text page on the PDF and prevents some snips from being performed to the right side of the page.  Is there a way to import a Word file that has comments included without these comments being included on the PDF in DataSnipper?  I have found a workaround to eliminate these comments on a PDF version of the Word file created prior to importing into DataSnipper.

    Hey Matt, that’s interesting I haven’t heard of this before. Have you reached out to our support team for that, since I haven’t heard of this issue before.

    I’d normally ask you for a file for us to test, but better not to share something like that in this forum 😅

      I have experienced this either… and I know this isn’t an ideal solution, but it is a couple of pages of a WORD that you are trying to print to PDF and you’re experiencing these issues, is it possible to just take a screengrab of those pages from WORD and import those with the comments showing?

        Unless you are 100% certain that there’s nothing sensitive in that document I’d rather not have it shared here, so I’ll DM you my email and you can send it there. I can then take a look with support and if we have any suggestions, update it in this thread for other users to be able to see 😄
