Document matching as part of expenditure substantive testing.

I’ve noted staff use the tablesnip function and document matching functionality the most in audit (outside of the manual snips)

As an external auditor, I use it for ticking and tie-ing ICFR evidence all the time. And from a substantive testing standpoint, I probably use the Document Matching feature the most to detail test (e.g., I work specifically on auditing business combinations, so I use DM all the time to perform IPE testing on historical financial data and test customer attrition).
