Speeding Up Book Closures

I think keeping up with things is super important, don’t wait to review things until the month is closed.  Review things as the month progresses.  Have dashboards and checks for them.  

(1) moving work upstream and out of the close period (i.e., a soft close at the end of November), and (2) creating a kaizen workplan that everyone on the team buys into. There’s always ways muda that can be eliminated.
