In my experience there is not… you could do two separate Document Extractions though… I am assuming that Page 1 for all transactions are the same and Page 2 for all transactions are the same... so you could bifurcate your imports into separate packages and perform separate instances of Document Extraction on them…  I also assume that Document Matching is not an option for you? And btw, I had this same observation on some work I was doing as well recently… I was using payroll forms that would have one minor difference from one pay period to the next (e.g., let’s say a bonus was paid on one statement, but all others were exactly the same)… DE would not pick that up… which makes sense, but I get what you’re experiencing.
