the Learning videos are succinct and informative.  

I recommend using the Academy courses, completing all of them gave me a great baseline understanding of how to do most things with Datasnipper, and where to find the resources when I don’t know how to do something 

At my firm, we did a short-screen shared recording of the different functionalities we use in our specific testing workpapers, then referenced DataSnipper learning videos for additional information.

1. --- Screenshare and demo with real life examples. It will change lives!

Ideally I think “C” with “A” and “B” as follow up support.

All of the above, people learn in different ways. Having multiple channels of support will help with adoption. 

I agree with many of the responses, to add it should be embedded within a student training pathway as part of teaching other elements and not a standalone session. This is done after pre-course work of the academy.
