How to import text when it begins with zeros

Hi Melo, I am not sure I am following your issue… are the bank transactions in PDF or Excel (or something else)? And are you saying that the imported file is not showing all characters - after you import - or are you saying that the snip is not capturing all of the characters? If it is the former, you might need to do some data cleansing before you import the file (though I have to admit, that would be odd if this is what you’re experiencing). If it is the latter, you can either manually update the Excel cell that has the snip or manipulate the box of the snip to include all of the characters… I am guessing though your issue is something other than what I am describing here.
